Job Summary
- Generate leads via online & cold calling.
- Client meetings.
- Converting positive leads to sale.
- Should be well versed with MS office.
- Should be efficient in handling corporate clients.
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills on the phone and in-person.
- Ability to provide clear & effective information via phone.
- Ability to generate walk-ins and create sales pipelines.
- Target-oriented approach, as there will be value-based monthly benchmarks that will have to be met.
- Manage and update clients database with aggressive follow-up.
- Comfortable in talking to people and also a good listener.
- Good communication skills (in English, Hindi & Bengali).
- Good convincing power.
- Self-motivated and capable of making commitments.
- Setting priorities to deliver results on time.
- Minimum one year experience in marketing would be preferable.
